Return & Refund Policy

30-Day hassle-free returns

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, no questions asked, on items that are unused, in original packaging with all accessories. Personalized or clearance items are non-returnable.

1. Go to My Account → Orders and click Request return.
2. Print the prepaid return label and drop off at any carrier partner location (USPS / UPS / FedEx).
3. Once the returned item is received and inspected (usually within 5 — 7 business days), your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund timing

Credit / debit card refunds typically post within 3 — 10 business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are processed within 24 hours.

Damaged / defective items

Email support@amzrover.com with photos of the outer packaging, product damage and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a prepaid label and arrange a free replacement or full refund.
